The Tatehiko Cutting Boards are crafted using the traditional “Itahagi” joining technique and are a true testament to the craftsmanship at the Tatehiko workshop in Japan.
Featuring an expandable design, you can combine two boards to create a larger cutting surface, making meal preparation a breeze.
Store your cutting boards vertically with a special stand, saving valuable counter space. Choose from either a one board or two board chopping board stand.
Please note:Â Each piece is handmade and can take up to 2-4 weeks to be delivered from Japan. They may differ slightly from the photos here as each piece is handmade and one of a kind.
