INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before each use, the applicator must be sterilized. Wash your breasts and hands and stand in a comfortable, relaxed position. Support the applicator and stick it tightly to the breast with the small tank underneath. Squeeze gently to run the milk. Alternate the process on both breasts until they are empty.
